  • Act as a trusted liaison between charity leadership, donors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

 

Art & Luxury Item Curation

  • Source and select fine art, high jewellery, and exclusive experiences for auctions with hammer prices ranging from €25,000 to over €1 million.

  • Collaborate with artists, collectors, and brand partners to secure unique, high-value lots.

  • Manage all aspects of artwork handling, transport, insurance, import taxes and display.

 

Event & Auction Management

  • Oversee logistics for art handling, framing, insurance, and transport.

  • Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and professional charity auctioneers to ensure smooth pacing, guest engagement, and seamless on-site execution — from presentation to bid spotting.

  • Collaborate with trusted event professionals including project managers, guest list coordinators and beyond to provide comprehensive event support and assemble tailored teams when required.

 

Creative & Editorial Direction

  • Produce auction catalogs, PowerPoint decks, and scripts.

  • Work with creative teams on visual storytelling and branding.

  • Ensure alignment between the auction content and its philanthropic mission.

Post-Event Fulfilment & Follow-Up

  • Aid charity in payment collection.

  • Manage fulfilment of sold lots and experiences.

  • Provide post-auction reporting and recommendations for future campaigns.
